Social Cognition; Eye contact, joint attention and other early social-cognitive skills (mental states attributions, reciprocity, emotions, social preferences, imitation, attachment) in children, children with autism, and apes.
Gaze processing and visual processing in human adults with behavioural (incl. eye-tracking methods) and neuro-imaging methods (functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging).
Social Neuroeconomics and decision-making (reciprocity, altruistic, reputation, social preference)
Spatial cognition (object displacement, mental rotation, perspective taking skills, and understanding of left-right concept) in children, children with autism, and apes.
Teaching interests:
Experimental Psychology and Developmental Psychology in general, Evolution, Cognitive Science, Visual Science, Comparative Psychology, and Social Cognitive Neuroscience.
